Packaging files. Error

Any ideas?

A few days ago I started getting the error "Packaging files. Error" on hitting F5

Although I know I must have changed something in the environment I can not remember what.

Searching for others who have had the same or similar issues

I have uninstalled AVG antivirus.
I have made sure I do not have any preview channel tools installed.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Java(version 8 update 92, build 1.8.0_92-b14), SDK and B4A (5.8), just to insure I was not...
