The fonts setting

Hello,
Some users to change their devices font to large, then in myapp the fonts scale extra the customlistview.i find the answer http://ift.tt/29fYMgd, but no effect in myapp, because i use panel and use CLV.add, not addtextitem. So how do i solve this problem.
