It is NOT POSSIBLE to:

1. CLOSE Chrome
2. CLOSE a Tab in Chrome
3. NO Extensions allowed in Android Chrome

So this leaves ONLY ONE option:

Enter desired URL in the CURRENT TAB - through CODE - without opening a New Tab.

Like "PUT_URL" or something.

I can GET the URL but have no clue how to PUT or INSERT a URL in Chrome.
