rapid debug and antivirus

already happened with AVG
after a rapid debugging not working update, after so much suffering I realized it was the anti virus ... uninstalled and everything works and put windows defender and everything works.
Yesterday I tried 360 TOTAL SECURITY and today did not work more rapid debugging ...
after several attempts I was reminded of the past problem, I disabled 360 and reactivated it works ... and it works now.
do you know what may be causing this?
