Positioning and Displaying on controls in CameraEx

I am using an edited version of the CameraEx app.
I have a problem with the SeekBar and Buttons positioning and displaying.
I would like to have the btnFocus displaying along the bottom of the pnlCamera with the btnFocus to the right of this SeekBar.
However, the controls do not display
