Play Services dependency...

Hello!
I'm using Google Maps library and almost every time I update the Android SDK, I have problems with devices with no upgraded Google Play Services...
I don't want to force my users do the update of play services, so I'm searching for a way to do the play services update automatically, or a way to get rid of play services library!
Is there any suggestion?
