rSoftSerial and rSD conflict ?

Hi,

when you add to a project which use the rSD lib, the rSoftSerial lib,
the rSD dont work anymore.

You only have to add the rSoftSerial in the lib manager,
nothing added in the source code.

sd.OpenReadWrite(filename) always returns false

When you exclude the rSoftSerial in the lib Manager it works again fine.
