Background BitmapDragable in Win 32 vs Win64

I've a pane with a BitmapDragable as background.
The jar file look ok if i run it from "Programs files" or any other directory, but ...
running the jar from "Programs files (x86)" the BitmapDragable as background is invisible.

What is the cause??
