Designer freeze during scroll

Hello,

I am having this problem both on my laptop and desktop so it must not be related to my computer. When I have many items in my designer, sometimes while scrolling thru views tree, the designer freezes and i have to ctrl alt del to end it. Also my computer's processer fan sound increase during the freeze until ctrl alt del.

The info i can give is limited but maybe there is a bug.
